We turn raw conversations into clear answers.
We build software for teams who need to genuinely understand the people they serve. Our flagship product, Allometrics, turns a single mystery-shop recording into a written report against your own guidelines — checked for lawful consent before anything else happens to it.
Understanding is the product.
Allophilism is an appreciation for people unlike yourself — the instinct to listen first, before you judge or generalize. We named the company after it because most software built to "understand the customer" just produces more data, not more understanding.
We build tools that do the listening for you, then hand back something a person can actually act on.
Allometrics
Mystery shop programs already run on a shopper's own account of the visit. Allometrics takes the recording they already make, along with your program's guidelines in plain English, and writes the narrative report a shopper would otherwise spend an hour typing up.
Before any of that happens, every upload is checked against the recording-consent law of the state it was made in — the wrong combination of state, location, and consent is rejected before the audio is even saved, with an audit trail kept on the job for later.

Record the visit
Your shopper records the conversation the way they already do today — no new hardware or app to learn.
Allometrics checks, then listens
The state, location, and consent you declare are checked against that state's recording law first. Only then is the audio transcribed.
Get the report
A narrative write-up against your own guidelines lands in minutes — not after a re-listen.
